Pool Financing

A pool is a large project, and financing is built into the planning conversation rather than treated as an afterthought.

Financing terms, rates, and qualification are discussed directly during the Design & Planning step of your project (see Our Process). No rates are quoted here since they depend on the lender, loan amount, and your qualification.

What Financing Typically Covers

Most pool financing plans are structured to cover the full project scope rather than just the pool shell, excavation, steel, gunite or shell, plumbing and electrical, decking, and any outdoor-living work bundled into the same build. That's one reason financing is discussed after the design is scoped, not before: the loan amount should match what's actually being built.

Questions Worth Asking Before You Commit

Before signing a financing agreement, ask about the rate structure (fixed vs. variable), prepayment terms, and whether the loan is secured against the home. Those details vary by lender and by your qualification, which is why they're worked through directly with Foundation Finance or Lyon Financial rather than quoted generically on a web page.

Paying Without Financing

Financing isn't required, plenty of projects are paid directly. Either path goes through the same Design & Planning step; the only difference is whether a lender is involved in how the project is funded, not how it's designed or built.
